| 1 lb Liver (liquidized) 1 lb Plain Flour 1 Egg 1 Clove Garlic Mix all together well, adding a little water as necessary to be able to pour the mixture into a large cake tin. Place in the oven on a medium heat for approximately 45 minutes. Push a skewer into the centre to test if the cake is thoroughly cooked. If the skewer comes out clean, it is ready. Allow to cool and then serve to some very happy Sammies! |
